Important Information : As our apartments are in different locations, we do not have a 24 hour reception desk. Once you make a reservation, we will contact you via e-mail to get your arrival time to Barcelona and arrange your arrival time to the apartment. Here our staff will be waiting for you to check-in.
Please note that check-in time is after 15:00 and that late check-ins, after 21:00, are charged with an extra fee of EUR 15.
Payment Information:
On arrival a EUR 150 cash deposit is required to cover any damage that may occur and will be refunded on departure. An additional EUR 45 cleaning charge is also required. Both these deposits should be in cash.
