Travel Information : The hotel is located in the Old Town, behind the Spanish inn facing onto the Street of the Knights, 100 metres from the entrance to the Kastello. Walk down the Street of the Knights, take the 2nd road on your right and then immediately turn to the left.

Child Policy : Children under 2 years old stay for free.
Children aged from 2 to 12 years old, sharing parents' room, will be charged the following amounts:
- from 1st January to 31st March and from 1st to 31st December: EUR 35 per day.
- From 1st April to 15th June and from 1st October to 30th November: EUR 50 per day.
- from 16th June to 30th September: EUR 65 per day.
Cancelation Policy : From 1st January to 31st March and from 1st to 31st December: you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made 5 to 2 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged with one night's reservation. For cancellations later than 2 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged for 2 nights.
From 1st April to 15th June and from 1st October to 30th November: you can cancel free of charge up to 10 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made 10 to 3 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged with one night's reservation. For cancellations later than 3 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged for 3 days.
From 16th June to 30th September: you can cancel free of charge up to 21 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made 21 to 3 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged with one night's reservation. For cancellations made later than 3 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged for 3 nights.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Room Information : Rooms are decorated in warm, modern materials and colours. All suites have 2 rooms and each has its own characteristic decor.
Region Information : From Castle Square or Plateia Kastello, you can walk from the Medieval moat entrance by Amboise Gate, taking in New Market's shops and the Art Deco buildings of Mandraki.
Walk down the Street of the Knights to view the majestic church of the Panagia tou Kastrou. Pass the entrance to the Old Town with an impressive fountain, the Rhodian House exhibition and art gallery and Museum Square. Follow the road into the commercial part of the Old Town for the famous shops of Socrates Street.
Near Socrates Street you can find the Mosque, Baths, artistic events, restaurants and bars. Walk through the picturesque winding streets with arches and Medieval houses which are still inhabited to this day.
