Room Information : All the rooms are equipped with individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, a 2-line telephone, a safe for laptop computers, parquet flooring, music system, hairdryer, wireless internet access, DVD player, flat screen LCD, satellite TV channels, Canal Plus and interactive digital TV.
Food & Beverages : The hotel also boasts an array of premium gastronomic and leisure options with its three restaurants and bars: Europa Decó, Glass Bar and La Terraza del Urban.
Our restaurant "Europa Decó" doesn´t serve lunch on Saturdays and will remain closed on Sundays and national holidays.
Important Information : The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June until the 15th of September.
Child Policy : Children aged from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge.
Children aged from 2 to12 years sharing a room with 2 adults pay a supplement of EUR 38 per night + 7% tax.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellations made up to 1 day before date of arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival, or no-shows, the price of one night will be charged to the credit card provided.
Special cancellation policy:
30th and 31th December 2006 and 2007: 3 days before date of arrival. Otherwise one night will be charged.
From January 29th to February 1st 2007: 7 days before date of arrival. Otherwise 50% of the reservation will be charged.
February 2nd and 3rd and 15th to 18th 2007: 72 hours before date of arrival. Otherwise one night will be charged
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
