Food & Beverages : The Seaview Restaurant is in one of the most charming rooms of the hotel with stunning views out over the treetops to Poole Bay and towards the Isle of Wight. The menu has achieved an aa Red Rosette for food and one meal in this delightful restaurant will illustrate to you why. Before you dine why not enjoy a drink in the cosy Cocktail Bar, next to a roaring fire? The menu has been carefully composed by head chef and includes fresh fish, meat and vegetarian delicacies. Dishes include grilled salmon, red wine risotto and tomato coulis, roast loin of beef with gratin potato and port wine, fresh pasta Provencal and Parmesan Guests may enjoy the ambiance of the Seaview Restaurant for lunch and dinner - room service is, however, always available.
