Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Lovely Victorian hotel tastefully restored in 2002 offering stunning sea and coastal views from Bournemouth across to the Isle of Wight. A bijou hotel 50 yards from the beach with 23 rooms aimed particularly at over 22's who enjoy a relaxing, peaceful break with food of the highest calibre.
Two very popular restaurants (One Thai, one Italian/European) and a fabulous cocktail bar make this the perfect venue for a few days away or of course longer.
Important Information : Minimum of two night stays over all Bank Holiday periods and for all week ends during July & August.
