Cancelation Policy : You must notify us 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive refund less cancellation fee of USD 40. Otherwise, late cancellations and no shows will be charged a non-refundable penalty of 1 night room rate + taxes. For special event dates (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and Superbowl) the cancellation policy is 30 days in advance. Please note that higher deposits and penalties are applicable due to the heavy volume of business and the popularity of these events.

The Fairgrounds horse racetrack, venue for the world famous New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (Jazz Fest for short) is only a few blocks away. Within walking distance you will also find fascinating above ground cemeteries, scenic bayous, and delicious local cuisine at the eclectic Bayou St. John shopping and dining district.
A short drive or cab ride will bring you to other area attractions such as the French Market, St. Louis Cathedral, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Centre, the Superdome, the Aquarium of the Americas, and many more.

All the rooms and suites are elegantly appointed with antique and reproduction furniture, hardwood floors and an extensive collection of Degas prints and sculpture.

Deluxe rooms feature 4-post Queen-size beds and either a Jacuzzi or Victorian claw-foot bath.
Garrett rooms are located on the third floor and modelled after the attic studios of 19th century Parisian artists.
