Cancelation Policy : Cancel at least 48 hours before the date of arrival (local time).
No-shows and late cancellations will be charged with one night room rate plus taxes.

New Year's reservations including 12/28/ - 01/01/ 2007 & 2008, require a 7 day advanced notice for cancellations.
Other special events' reservations including 02/14-02/18, 05/23-5/26, 7/4-7/6, 8/29-9/01, 12/04-12/09 for 2008, require a 72 hour advanced notice for cancellations.
All no shows or late cancellations within the above specified restrictions and regarding the above specified dates, will forfeit the FULL stay amount.

Travel Information : When arriving by plane or ship, there are many taxis waiting to bring you the hotel at a cost of around USD 40. Shuttle buses are more reasonable.
By Car
- Follow the signs to I-95.
- Take Highway 195 East.
- Go north at Alton Road.
- At the end of 63rd Street, go north onto Collins Avenue.
- The hotel is on the ocean side, just north of 65th Street. You may use the valet or park across the street.
Child Policy : A maximum of two small children are allowed, without charge, in the rooms. Breakfast costs USD 5 per child.
Room Information : The rooms are designed in a minimalist style, with platform beds. Rooms are large enough to permit wheelchairs, although there are no specific disabled rooms.
An extra bed in a room is charged at USD 25 per night.
