Food & Beverages : The Indian Creek Hotel is pleased to announce and welcome a new member of our team, renowned executive chef Kira Volz, formerly the executive chef of the famed Abbey Dining Room at The Abbey Hotel, a restaurant named "Neighborhood Gem" by the Gourmet magazine 2002 guide to America's Best Restaurants and a Top 500 Restaurant by the Florida Trend Magazine. After that property was recently sold, chef Volz agreed to join us in creating a new neighborhood restaurant in Miami Beach - the Creek 28.

Room Information : Constructed in 1936, Indian Creek Hotel has recently been acquired by The New York Inns Hotel Group. Under new Management, the hotel has been renovated; the rooms were equipped with brand new furniture, bedding and hardwood floors.
