Region Information : Approximately 200 metres from the hotel you find an attractive sunbathing lawn and a wonderful sandy bathing beach.
Short description : Our small, family-run private hotel enjoys a unique location between the river Weser and the lake Werdersee in the heart of Bremen. It lies in the Werdersee recreation area, within sight of the Bremen Cathedral.
Owing to its central yet peaceful location, a range of attractions can be reached in no time, such as the Schnoor district, the city’s oldest quarter. From the hotel, you can cross the river Weser via ferry. For football fans, the ferry also takes you to the Weserstadion stadium.
Guests treasure the peaceful, green location of our hotel, together with the wide range of leisure activities possible here, such as tennis, jogging, cycling, hiking, swimming in the lake and much more.
Room Information : We offer comfortable guest rooms which have been individually furnished with great attention to detail.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Travel Information :
- Take the A1 motorway and exit at “Bremen-Arsten”, heading towards the airport for approx. 6.5 km
- At the crossing with “Friedrich-Ebert-Str.” turn right and continue straight ahead for approx. 1.5 km
- Once you have passed the lake Werdersee on your right (before the river Weser) turn into “Franziuseck/Werderstraße” and follow the course of the road for approx. 1.5 km
- Keep to the right at the end of the road, and turn into the small road “Huckelriederweg”, where you will find our hotel
