Room Information : All Single and Double Rooms have been tastefully and cheerfully furnished, and all are equipped with shower/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access and telephone.
Food & Beverages : Breakfast buffet is available daily from 06:30 - 10:30 at a surcharge of EUR 7.50 per person.
Child Policy : Children up to the age of 6 years may stay free of charge and sleep in their parents' bed. Extra beds are not available.

- From the A7, take the A37, which then leads to the B6
- Exit at "Kronsberger Str." and continue towards Messebahnhof-Laatzen

- Turn right into "Münchener Str." or if you continue on the exhibition centre's express route:

- At the traffic lights turn right into Hermes-Allee
- Hermes-Allee then leads into Karlsruher Straße
- Turn right, and approx. 2 km after the exit you will find the Mercure Motel
- Behind this hotel, turn right into Münchener Straße (at the Shell petrol station)
- Continue straight ahead for approx. 300 m.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours before the arrival date.
During exhibitions/trade fairs (14th - 21st March 2007 Cebit; 15th -20th April 2007 Hannover-Messe; 15th -18th May 2007 Ligna; 16th -22nd September 2007 Emo; 8th -12th October 2007 Biotechnika + IKK and 10th - 17th November 2007 Agretechnika) cancellation is only possible until 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of later cancellation, the hotel is entitled to charge 90% of the total reservation sum from your credit card.
