Travel Information : Take the Motorway from Munich to Salzburg to the Exit Siegsdorf go to Lofer and to Zell am See. From Zell am See to into the direction of Kaprun, go through the tunnel and take the first to the left.
Short description : Our hotel is situated on a quiet place 800 m from the center of Kaprun. The hotel is in 150 m distance from the Bus and Ski Bus station. The hotel was opened in 1979 and all room were renovated and refurbished in 2005. All rooms are fully equipped at a modern standard and come with balcony.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Food & Beverages : Rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 am in the morning.
The Landlady Ulrike and our daughter Heidi will serve you. Additionally, sometimes our daughter Daniela helps to serve our guests.
Our 4 course dinner includes a salad from the buffet, soup or a starter, a main dish which you can chose out of 3, and a dessert.
We ask our guests during breakfast to choose our of the menu.
Our kitchen serves bourgeois and international, big dishes, which are heartily prepared. The owner himself is the cook helped by Maria, who already has been working for us for 16 years.
