Cancelation Policy : Cancellations without charge can be made by 16:00 at least 24 hours before the date of arrival, otherwise the hotel will charge the rate of one night’s stay to your credit card.
During trade fair periods, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival in order to avoid the charge. In 2007, these periods include 06-13 September, 19-23 September, 02-05 October and 05-10 November.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
