This room, as well as the whole apartment, overlooks the street and is fitted with double glazed windows, which offer isolation from the cold and the mess. The day area, as well as the bedroom, gives access to a mezzanine with a single bedroom and a desk.
The bedroom comprises a double bed and space on the mezzanine, used as dressing room. The bathroom with shower is accessible from a door in the day area.
The apartment, with the Coliseum at just 200 metres and the historical center in the vicinity, is strategically located in order to allow tourists to reach a lot of the attractions in Rome by foot.
Nearby there is the Park of Colle Oppio, the Cathedral of San Giovanni, the Domus Aurea, the Forum of Traiano and Via Cavour and Via Nazionale, streets rich in shops, bars and restaurants.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
