Short description : This one bedroom apartment in Rome, was renovated in February 2012 and is located on the first floor of a building without elevator, in the heart of the historical center, at a few metres from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Barberini.
The 50 sq.mt apartment overlooking the street, is complete with original terracotta flooring, a dining table for 6 people, a double sofa bed (1.40 m wide), TV and Wi-Fi Internet. The separate kitchen is small but equipped with all necessities to cook quick meals.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and with an en-suite bathroom fitted with shower.
The apartment is located in one of the most renowned areas in Rome city center, close to Via Veneto, one of the most famous streets of the city, rich in shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby is also located Villa Borghese, with museums, gyms, swimming pools, bicycle and riding paths. Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo area easily reachable on foot.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
