The apartments have a central location, and shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the surrounding streets. Oxford Street is just 1.5 miles away.
Buckingham Palace can be reached within a 30-minute walk through Hyde Park. Westminster and Big Ben are a 15-minute Tube journey away.
London Paddington Railway Station is just over 5 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Notting Hill Gate is a 20-minute walk from the Fountain House and from here you can reach the famous Portobello Road and Market.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance., After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and the key collection.
On arrival a security deposit is required of GBP 600 for the Two-Bedroom Apartment and of GBP 800 for the Three-Bedroom Apartment. This is usually an authorisation on the guest's credit card. This authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance at check-out and after an inventory check has been made. Please note that this is not debited instantly, it is held for a short period of time and then automatically cancelled.
