Key collection takes place at the Casa de Rosa Office, at Viladomat 171. Office opening hours are from 10:00 to 14:00, 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
Check-in begins at 15:30 and check-out is at 11:30. Check-in before 15:30 is possible for a surcharge of EUR 12 per person. This is subject to availability and on request.
Arrivals after 19:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 4.50 per person.
Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the keys should be left in the post box at the entrance of the apartment. If they keys are lost, a charge of EUR 25 will be applied.
If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please let the property know in advance. You will then be given a code to open a safe post box in front of the office where keys will be left for you. The same applies to check-ins on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
