Key collection takes place at the Casa Vertical Office, at Viladomat 171. Office opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00.
Check-in begins at 15:30 and check-out is before 12:00.
Please note that it is possible to check in before 15:30 for a surcharge of EUR 1.90. Check-in after 19:00 if possible for a surcharge of EUR 4.50.
If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please let the property know in advance. You will then be given a code to open a safe post box in front of the office where keys will be left for you. The same applies to check-ins on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the keys should be left in the post box at the entrance of the apartment. If they keys are lost, a charge of EUR 25 will be applied.
