Short description : Hotel Hellsten is located in a building dated from 1898. The hotel designer and founder, has kept the old style of typical bourgeois family flats, some rooms have "kakelugnar", a Swedish style of tile or porcelain chimneys, and stuccatio and wooden panels. The rooms are all individually designed to reflect their natural advantages, which means a stay at the Hellsten is both a pleasure and an aesthetic experience.
We do not accept bookings for more than four rooms!
Room Information : Hotel Hellsten has 78 rooms and the interior design and furnishings change from room to room. Some rooms feature various antiques, including Swedish farm antiques, while others have a distinctly Asian touch. The rooms have all the modern amenities for a productive and relaxing stay.
Region Information : A block away from the tube station of Rådmansgatan, and about half an hour by car from Arlanda Airport, Hotel Hellsten is right in the heart of Stockholm, within walking distance of all central buildings and key locations. The locality is one of the most exciting in Stockholm, with a multitude of restaurants of all types within a few minutes walk. A full choice of all tastes.
Hotel Information : There are a number of labels that could be used to describe Hotel Hellsten - Design, Hip or Boutique being three of them. The founder's firm intention, however, is that the hotel should be a meeting place for travellers of all disciplines and interests, and become their home while they are in Stockholm.

Travel Information : Hotel Hellsten is located on Luntmakargatan 68 in the centre of Stockholm. From Arlanda Airport you reach Rex Hotel by taking the Arlanda Express to the Central Station (20 minutes) and from there you will take the subway to the subwaystation Rådmansgatan, which takes about four minutes. The Hotel is just around the corner from there. By car it takes about thirty minutes from the airport.
