This simple yet cosy boat is situated in the harbour near the lighthouse without influence of low and high tide. Ideal for groups of large families who love the beach and the sea (sailing-school at 200 m). A paid internet access is available.
The total surface area of this rare type of accommodation is approx. 300m2, it has 3 levels and is suitable for 28 people, it has 11 bedrooms distributed over the first 2 levels, sitting rooms on the middle and top levels, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge freezer and a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge freezer.
A patio and a garden with garden furniture and and a play pen for children are also accessible. There is also a utility room where you find the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ostend (centre at 3 km) has cosy restaurants and cafés, many museums and many activities throughout the season.
Important Information : A security deposit is required for incidentals. The amount of EUR 975 needs to be paid in advance and will be returned max. 7 days later.
Please note that for a stay of several weeks you will pay the indicated cleaning fee per week.
