This bright 100-sq.mt penthouse is fitted with double glazed windows, air conditioning in all rooms and electric-operated roller shutters.
The apartment is composed of a spacious day area furnished with a French size sofa bed, TV set, bookcase and coffee table. Some wooden steps lead into the fully fitted eat-in kitchen, which has dishwasher and microwave oven.
The property comes with a first double bedroom with desk and wardrobe, a second twin bedroom - also furnished with a desk - and two full bathrooms (one with shower stall, the other one with tub). Both bedrooms have exposed beams; moreover, the apartment is fitted with parquet throughout. In the corridor there is an extra wardrobe.
Going up a flight of stairs to the seventh floor, you find the 25-sq.mt fully exposed terrace , which offers superb views of Milan’s skyline, the ‘Madonnina’ and the Alps.
Notes: the terrace belongs to the apartment, nevertheless maintenance people have right of way.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
