A bright master bedroom is found at the front of the property. A single room with a skylight is joined by a king/twin room at the rear of the house which looks out towards the castle.
The living room retains its Victorian fireplace and has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and plenty of books, board games and DVDs. There is a large kitchen and dining area, along with a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Just 5-10 minutes’ walk from the house, The Meadows and Bruntsfield Links provide lots of green space with tennis courts and a children’s adventure park. An indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna is also within 2 minutes’ walk of Warrender Apartment.
