Short description : Located in the heart of Lisbon, Living Principe Real Apartments offer self-catering accommodations in a fully recovered old building. They feature panoramic views of the city and free WiFi in all areas.
The air-conditioned apartments can accommodate 2 or 6 persons and all feature bathrooms with shower or bath. All the apartments include living areas provided with a flat-screen cable TV and sofas.
Guests can prepare their own meals since all the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Alternatively and due to the apartments’ privileged location guests can visit a great variety of restaurants at few minutes’ walk.
Portuguese Living Principe Real Apartments are located just 230 metres from the commercial area of Avenida da Liberdade and 1 Km from the Chiado. The lively Bairro Alto known for its nightlife is at a 7-minute walk and the historic neighbourhood of Alfama is at a 10-minute drive.
Lisbon International Airport is 7.5 Km away and the Rossio Train Station is 600 metres away. The Avenida Metro Station is situated a 6-minute walk away.
Important Information : Please note that a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal with an additional 3% fee. Portuguese Living Principe Real Apartments will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

Late check-ins and check-outs will be charged an extra fee. Regular reception hours are between 08:00 and 20:00 on weekdays. Check-in and check-out on weekends and national holidays will be charged an extra fee.
Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 for the smaller apartments and EUR 200 for the larger apartment, will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.
