Short description : The quiet studio apartment in Paris with private patio is located on the ground floor of a building dating 1930 in the 16th arrondissement, between the Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower.
The 30 sq.mt apartment offers a unique room, which includes, a fully equipped kitchen corner, complete with pyroceram hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. A green marble working surface with stools, ideal for quick meals, separates the kitchen corner from the living area. The latter includes a green leather couch with an armchair, two Moroccan poufs, satellite TV and a round glass table with various opening levels.
The bathroom has a WC, bathtub with overhead shower and washing machine. A small marble staircase gives access to the French window leading out onto a small outdoor patio with plants.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of the 16ème arrondissement, right between the Champs-Elysées (a 5 minute stroll) and the Eiffel Tower (at a 15minute walk). The neighbourhood is a residential area surrounded by plenty of major cultural sites: the Trocadero Center and the Tour Eiffel, the Arc de Trionphe, and the Champs-Elysées, as well as many small local museums.
The immediate neighborhood, together with the surrounding ones, offer a large choice of restaurants and brasseries. The apartment is close to Rue de la Pompe and Rue de la Tour, two streets which offer any commercial activity one may desire. Conveniently located at a 10 minute distance is Charles de Gaulle Etoile, perfect for reaching Charles de Gaulle airport with the Air France shuttle (a shuttle service available to all travelers, regardless of the airline they are traveling with).
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
