Short description : The cosy 1 bedroom apartment in Paris, with a separate kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, located on the 4th floor of a building (with elevator) in the 10th district, close to Place de la Republique, centrally located close to the major Parisian monuments.
Welcoming its guests into the adjacent living room, the environment here offers a black lacquered table with chairs, and a double sofa bed (150cm wide) and a large flat screen TV hangs on the wall.
The separate kitchen, small but fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave oven, counter for working on and a window.
To the left of the living room is the bedroom, with a large closet and twin beds (90cm each) joined into a double, or to be separated, as preferred.
The 10th is right by the northern part of the Marais, and full of interesting boutiques of sought after designers. It is also by the Canal Saint Martin, an artificial canal of water where you can go to for picnics and relaxing occasions.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
