Food & Beverages : The cuisine offered at JAAN is inspired by modern French cooking enhanced with delicate and subtle Asian flavours and spices, created by the Executive Chef, Simon Duff. He can create tailored menus for your event and that will seem like an experience in itself. He has produced signature dishes such as Wild Pigeon with Foie Gras and Rabbit with Lobster Roulade. The extensive wine list at JAAN also offers carefully chosen wines to compliment each dish.
JAAN’s décor is contemporary and elegant. The ceiling-to-floor sliding glass doors allow you to overlook the beautiful Garden Courtyard, which offers al fresco dining during summer months. Adjacent to the Garden Courtyard is the Temple Bar, the perfect place to enjoy casual conversation complemented by a glass of aged whisky whilst savouring a traditional atmosphere.
The new modern and cosmopolitan lobby lounge, MAUVE, can be the perfect location for your drinks reception. With dedicated bar staff trained to provide you with the best selected wines, champagnes and cocktails.

The rooms can be fitted with all accessories necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The standard amenities in the rooms are Lavazza espresso machines, extensive tea stations, bathrobes, safety deposit boxes, hairdryers, selection of Swiss Spa Tradition bath and body products, in-room entertainment and air-conditioning that can be controlled manually.
