Travel Information : The hotel is easy to reach from the S. M. Novella railway station (ATAF line 23 or 71) in approximately 15 minutes; for who arrives in Florence by car the exit from the Highway A1 is FIRENZE SUD.
Short description : Our hotel is situated in the South of Florence, in Gavinana from which it takes the name. The construction is an independent villino with a small garden built at the end of the' 50s. We have ten large, bright and quiet rooms. Some are equipped with complete bathroom, others with shower and washbasin. Some of them have a private small balcony, while all of them have the TV sat (Eurosport, Cnn, Antenne 5, BBC), phones and aircondition.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

The parking in front of the hotel is free and it is easy to find a place, anyway, those who wish can park their car in a garage quite cheaply.
The historical centre with Santa Croce Square and the Old Bridge is only 10 minutes by Bus!

Region Information : You can get to the historical centre in 10 min. (Ponte Vecchio or P.zza Duomo) with the local line 23; for who comes by car we advise to park in front of the hotel and travel by public means of transport (the private traffic is not allowed in the city centre).
