Short description : This old terraced house is situated in the hamlet Parc Aurelia, in Cannes la Bocca, 1 km from the sea and the sandy beach. For private use there is grounds 300 m2 (fenced). You have the possibility to play table tennis. There is parking space for 3 cars in the grounds.
In the house you will find facilities like digital flat screen TV, electric heating, wireless LAN internet, a washing machine and a dryer. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.
