Short description : This chalet is within 500 meters from the shops, bars and Maiskogelbahn lift of Kaprun. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen and cozy living room, the quality of the house speaks for itself.
The living room has a large dining table for 10-12 people and a nice sitting area with direct access to the balcony. There is a garden with private pool, which is heated by the sun (summer only) and from the balcony you have a view of the mountains.
Moreover, there is a modern infrared sauna. The ski bus stops about 100 meters away, so you do not need a car during your stay.
Kaprun is known to skiers as a grand resort. The glacier is open nearly all year round, so you can always enjoy the eternal snow. In addition to winter sports, the immediate surroundings in every season offers plenty of recreational opportunities: Water in all its breadth, rafting, white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking and golf balls on the 18-hole golf course, located just a few minutes away.
