Short description : This spacious apartment building was built in 2010 in traditional Austrian style with very high quality materials. The complex has a central location with panoramic views of Kaprun and the mountain landscapes and consists of very cosy apartments divided over 3 floors, all luxuriously decorated.
Your apartment has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lounge with balcony or terrace. In the basement you will find an indoor pool with wellness facilities.
Included in the price are the use of the pool, the various saunas, not included but optional is daily breakfast and hotel service (including fresh towels daily, daily cleaning). There is also a restaurant, central laundry room, underground garage and a lift in the complex.
Besides Kaprun as a winter sports resort it is also highly recommended in other seasons with ample water sports facilities, rafting or wild water canoeing, walking, mountain biking or the opportunity to play a few rounds on the 18 holes golf course which is only a few minutes away.
