Short description : Loft Design is a modern, self-catering apartment located in the Belleville area of Paris, a 5-minute walk from the trendy rue Oberkampf. The original apartment is set in a building of remodelled workshops and features large plate glass windows.
There is an equipped, open-plan kitchen, a seating area and a dining table. The apartment has a piano and a mezzanine sleeping area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Free Wi-Fi access is provided.
You will find a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Couronnes Metro Station is 200 metres away.
Important Information : Please note that there is a EUR 20 fee for late arrivals from 20:00 until 23:00 and a EUR 30 fee for early check out from 07:00 until 09:00.
Please note that your credit card details for a EUR 600 deposit will be requested upon arrival. These details may be used up until 48 hours after departure to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay.
