Cancelation Policy : Any cancellation shall be notified in writing (post, fax or e-mail) to the central planning department of PIERRE & VACANCES. If you cancel between the 30th day before arrival and the day of arrival, you shall pay the percentages of the total amount of your stay, which can find underneath. The percentages are calculated as of the date of the receipt of your cancellation at PIERRE & VACANCES.
a) Rent of the Résidences:
- cancellation between the 30th and the 15th day before arrival = 25 % of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation between the 14th and the 8th day before arrival = 50 % of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation 7 days or less before arrival = 75 % of the total amount of your stay
- no-show = 100 % of the total amount of your stay
b) Rent of the guestrooms:
- cancellation between the 30th and 15th day before arrival = 10 % of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation between the 14th and 8th day before arrival = 30 % of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation between the 7th and 4th day before arrival = 50 % of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation 3 days or less before arrival = 75 % of the total amount of your stay
- no-show = 100 % of the total amount of your stay
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Region Information : The new Bercy Village, a cultural and dynamic district: the Palais Omnisport, the Bercy Park with its gardening and cinema museum, Espace Bercy-Expo, an 18-screen cinema complex, numerous restaurants, and the Grande Bibliothèque de France national library.
The quays are constantly changing, contributing to the quarter's ongoing renewal process: the Quai Panhard et Levassor and above all the Quai François Mauriac, a fashionable area appreciated by nightlife enthusiasts for its boat-cafés, and by visitors to the Grande Bibliothèque de France.

• From the airport, take the RER (regional train) line B going to "Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuses" as far as Chatelet-les-Halles.
Then take metro line 14 "Météor" at Chatelet, going to Bibliothèque-Francois Mitterrand, and alight at "Cour Saint-Emilion". This should take approximately 1 hour (including changes).
