Short description : Part of a holiday home, this 30m² apartment, was entirely renovated in the summer of 2005 and is situated just outside the historical centre of Rome, in the Tiburtina area.
The apartment has modern furnishings as well as air conditioning and a safe, amongst other things. There is a small shared garden for guests use, with tables and chairs, a patio and a private parking.
It makes the perfect base for visiting the old town centre of Rome, even by public transport.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 30 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
- Cleaning of the open kitchen should be done by the guest(or there will be a charge of 50 euro).
- Services available upon request (not included in the price) and only usable in the Managers office: Internet. telephone. fax. photocopies. meeting room.
