Short description : Rather unique in Venice, this holiday house benefits from a tree-filled garden covering almost 1000 m2 while still being situated in the heart of the lagoon.
The house has been divided into a small number of apartments (four in all) each having their own private patio at garden level. The district in which the accommodation is located is the "Castello" district. Here you will be able to discover "true" Venetian life: typical restaurants, authentic small squares, the site of the "Biennial" is only a stone's throw away.
You can get to Venice's most famous tourist sites very easily on foot, such as St Mark's Square, the Bridge of Sighs or the "Riva dei Schiavoni" embankment.
The islands of Murano and Burano are also within easy reach, the "Vaporetto" (water bus) stops close to the apartment.
