Short description : Charming 60 m2 apartment in a very authentic district of Venice where you can feel the heartbeat of true Venetian life. The apartment is comfortably laid out, is air-conditioned and has a small balcony. The house overlooks a very typical and very quiet paved square.
The district is relaxing in that it is not invaded by crowds of tourists and still has that tremendous charm of the authentic Venice: small cafes where you can enjoy an espresso, fruit and vegetable markets on boats along the canals, cats sleeping lazily in the shade of an old palazzo. And yet the city's tourist sites are close by just a few minutes walk or a few stops on the Vaporetto bring you to Saint Marks square. the Rialto Bridge and even Burano and Murano islands!
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
