Short description : Lovers of a designer look will be delighted by this small residence situated in the Cannaregio district, one of Venice's unmissable districts. The residence offers seven apartments, all on the ground floor and arranged around a small internal garden. The apartments' contemporary minimalist style gives a touch of relaxed "chic" to this spacious and extremely bright accommodation. Numerous elements contribute to visitors' comfort, such as air-conditioning and underfloor heating, the remote controlled lighting and blinds and the entry video intercom.
In the living room of the apartment you can watch TV with satellite-channels. There is an open plan kitchen, in the bedroom stands a double bed and the bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. For shared use you can use the fitness equipment. In the storage room, which also is for shared use, you will find a tumble dryer and washing machine, both for an additional cost. Wireless internet access is available, there is floor heating, air conditioning, a roof terrace and a garden with garden furniture.
The residence is in a part of the Cannaregio district that was famous in the times of the Doges of Venice because it was here that the fabrics intended for the clothes of the Doges and noble families of the "Most Serene Republic of Venice" were dyed. It scarcely takes a few minutes to get to the Strada Nuova, a well-known shopping street that takes you to Rialto bridge. The nearest boat-bus stop is "Guglie", 5 minutes walk away. The station and bus terminal are 10-15 minutes walk away.
