Short description : You will find this lovely holiday home surprisingly hidden in a quiet street of the inner city of Bruges.
It is surrounded by a large walled garden (550 m2)with a spacious terrace, trees, a tea house, pond and a lawn. In this green oasis where it is good to stay with family and friends, you will be taken over by a true holiday feeling. The typical house is fully renovated and is equipped with all comforts. There are three large and two small bedrooms, with fabulous beds, real feather duvets, one south facing bathroom and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers in Belgian blue stone and an infrared sauna. The cedar wood orangerie is ideal for lazy lunches with views on the beautiful landscaped garden. There is a practical, rural kitchen and a romantic salon with open fire. All these facilities would almost make you forget you are staying in the centre of historical Bruges.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
Please also note that:
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,20 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,80 EUR/m3).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 3 EUR/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 1,50 EUR/Garbage bag).
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
