Short description : A cosy apartment in the east of Rome and benefiting from a beautiful, large private terrace. The owner has paid particular attention to the layout and comfort of this apartment and you will feel really at home here.
The Vatican and Rome's historic centre are only 3 km away and easily accessible by public transport. Several buses, including a night bus, stop 5-10 minutes from the accommodation and take you directly to the underground and the city centre.
In the living room you can watch TV and there stand a single sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, shower and washbasin. The bathroom has a shower (adapted for disabled), toilet, bidet and washbasin. There is internet access available and you can use the washing machine. There is heating and air conditioning possible and the patio has garden furniture.
The district includes several restaurants and pizzerias, grocery stores and a supermarket. For fresh fruit and vegetables, don't miss the large Porta Portese Sunday market, 10 minutes away by bus. You can reach the magnificent Villa Doria Pamphili and Villa York Parks on foot. Unlike the historic centre, you can park your vehicle in front of the apartment free of charge.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 160 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
