The apartments are set near the Gran Via Avenue, within a short distance from the lively neighbourhood of Chueca or the Puerta del Sol. Many shops, bars and restaurants can be found within walking distance.
Some apartments at the Centro Histórico have air conditioning. Apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms are available.
Important Information : Please note that there is a security deposit of EUR 150 which is payable upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage has been produced to the apartments.
If the security deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded by cash or bank transfer. If it is paid by credit card, it will be refunded to the card.
Please note that late check-in carries the following charges:
From 22:00 until 01:00 - EUR 50
From 01:30 - EUR 75.
Each guest staying in the apartments must present a photocopy of their national ID card or passport, either by email or on arrival.
