Important Information : Please note that check-in takes place at 235, Carrer Aragó Street, Bajos, 08007, Barcelona.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Apartment Barcelona Office in advance. The contact details will be provided in a Booking Confirmation e-mail sent after the prepayment is paid.
Please note that when collecting the keys to the apartment, a damages deposit of EUR 150 is payable. This will be refunded after the stay, once the apartment has been checked for damages.
Please note that 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking as a prepayment, and the remaining 70% must be paid at check-in.
In the case of short stays, the damages deposit may be charged to your credit card as a pre-payment.
Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges:
After 20:00 - EUR 30.
After 00:00 - EUR 45
Late check-out until 18:00 is possible upon prior request and incurs a surcharge of 50% of the price of an extra night.
Check-out after 18:00 carries a surcharge of the price of an extra night.
