For events of all kinds, we offer a 1,100m² meeting and conference area, equipped with the latest technology. Our nine modern meeting rooms accommodate up to 600 guests. For outdoor events, our "Catering’s Best" service can support functions of 5 to 5,000 persons.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation is free of charge until 18:00 on the scheduled day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the rate for one night's accommodation to your credit card.

"Signatures" Restaurant:
In this restaurant with lightflooded conservatory, wonderful view of the Outer Alster and an open kitchen, the fresh preparation of international delicacies becomes something of a spectacle. During good weather, up to 70 guests may also dine on our terrace with a direct view of Wasser Platz.
"Fontenay 10 Bar":
Located in the heart of the building, this bar is the ideal place in which to round off the day with traditional English afternoon tea, or to begin the evening with your favourite cocktail.

Travel Information : Arriving by car:
Via the A1 from Bremen, Hanover, Cologne and Bielefeld:
- Exit at Hamburg-Süd
- Follow the A255 towards the centre and the main railway station ("Centrum" and "Hauptbahnhof")
- Continue towards CCH/Bahnhof Dammtor
- Turn right at Stephansplatz to enter Dammtordamm
- Continue straight ahead in the middle lane and go over the junction
- Take the third road on your right ("Fontenay")
Via the A1/ A24 from Lübeck and Berlin:
- At the junction Hamburg-Ost, turn towards Jenfeld and continue as far as the roundabout at Horn
- Turn right into Sievekingsallee, which then becomes Bürgerweide (keep in the right-hand lane)
- Turn right into Wallstraße and go straight ahead at the large junction to enter the road Sechslingspforte
- Turn left into the road An der Alster and continue as far as Dammtor station
- Turn right just before the Shell petrol station and drive along the middle lane
- Take the third road on your right ("Fontenay")
Arriving via the A7/ A23 from Flensburg, Kiel, Itzehoe and Elmshorn:
- Exit at Stellingen and continue along Kieler Straße towards the centre ("Centrum")
- After approx. 4km turn left at Eimsbütteler Marktplatz
- Follow the course of the road for approx. 5km
- At Dammtor station, turn left behind the Shell petrol station
- Continue in the middle lane and take the third road on your right ("Fontenay")
Arriving by public transport:
From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S31 or S21 and travel for one stop until you reach Dammtor station
- From there, take the bus number 109 and get out at the next stop, Fontenay, or walk this distance in 10 minutes
From the airport:
- Take the shuttle service to the main railway station and follow the above directions
