Cancelation Policy : Outside of exhibition periods/events (listed below) cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel is entitled to charge up to 80% of the total booking amount to your credit card.
For the "Stay 4 Pay 3" offers special conditions apply: After booking, no cancellations or alterations are permitted. In case of cancellation the total booking amount will be charged to your credit card.
During the following exhibitions and events cancellation is free of charge until 4 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation, later alteration or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the first night’s accommodation to your credit card.
