Cancelation Policy : Except from trade fair periods and the Munich "Oktoberfest" cancellations are free of charge till 24 hours prior to arrival date. During the following dates a free cancellation is possible till 4 weeks prior to arrival date: 12th June-14th June 2007 / 18th June-21st June 2007 / 13th September - 20th September 2007 / 21st September - 07th Ocotober 2007 / 08th October - 09th October 2007 / 22nd October - 25th October 2007 / 13th November -15th November 2007. In case of delayed cancellation or no-show the hotel is authorized to charge up to 100% of the total amount from your credit card.

Region Information : The Hotel Prinzregent an der Messe is only 800 m from the fair ground and the ICM. To the motorway it's 500 metres and to the airport, it's 30 km. By suburban train, 400 m from the hotel, you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes.

Travel Information : By Car:
- On the motorway, follow the signs for Messe/ICM until exit number 5 München-Riem.
- Follow the sign “Riem.
- At the traffic corner Riem/ Dornach, Aschheim you have to turn left into Riemer Strasse.
- After 205 metres you'll find the hotel on the left-hand side.
From the airport:
You can go by taxi (about 20 minutes) or by suburban train. Take the S8 in the direction of Munich and change at the station Leuchtenbergring into S2 in the direction of Erding. Leave the train in Riem. Follow the street Leibengerstrasse and after a 5-minute walk you'll reach the hotel.
From the main station:
Take the suburban train number 2 in the direction of Erding and leave the train in Riem. Follow the street Leibengerstrasse and after a 5-minute walk you reach the hotel
