The one and two-bedroom Diagonal apartments are spacious and homely, and offer air-conditioning and a comfortable living room with a sofa, dining table and a TV and DVD player.
The large kitchens feature a washing machine, a microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer.
There are a number of bars, restaurants and shops within a 2-minute walk from Diagonal apartments. The Placa del Sol Square in Gracia is just 700 metres away and is perfect for al fresco dining. Paseo de Gracia and its stylish boutiques are just 2 minutes away by foot.
Diagonal Metro Station is a 4-minute walk from the apartments, from which the Sagrada Familia Basilica can be reached in 5 minutes. Trains to the airport run from Paseo de Gracia Station, just 10 minutes’ walk away.
Important Information : Damages Deposit Information:
- A damages deposit of EUR 300 must be paid on arrival and by credit card with a supplement charge of 1%. This amount is refundable in case that no damage has been produced.
- In case that the damages deposit is paid in cash, guests will have to pick up the refundable amount 1 day after departure at the BarcelonaForRent Diagonal Apartment's office (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 h)
- If the departure day is on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays before 9:00 am, the damages deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, with an extra cost of EUR 3 to EUR 8 depending on the transfer comission.

- Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the apartments:
