Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Our house is situated centrally in the Niebuhr street, a calm side road of the famous Kurfuerstendamm which you reach in approx. 2 minutes by foot. It is the shopping precinct number one, the Memory Church is just 5 minutes away, the shopping mall Europa Center, the zoo, the KaDeWe- Europe’s biggest shopping mall, fashion- and design shops, book shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, cinema and galleries are in adjacency. The ICC and the fairground are accessible well by public transport or car. For further excursions the underground, suburban railway and busses are at your disposal.
Room Information : Each of our rooms has its own elegance and was contemporary and tastefully modernised and furnished. In all rooms you’ll find beautiful and glorious stucco ceilings, as well as parquet- and plank floors in connection with modern design.
Our modern equipped rooms dispose of shower, toilet, W-Lan, desk, room safe, hair dryer, beauty mirror, radio alarm clock, cable television and partially with balcony. We offer as well comfortable, but cheaper single-, double- and shared rooms with running water and shared shower and toilet on the floor.
Fax and copy machine are at your disposal. We serve you a delicious and rich Berlin breakfast in your room after 7am- by request as well in the afternoon.
