Cancelation Policy : Cancellation is free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the first night’s accommodation to your credit card.
For special offers and packages, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking amount to your credit card.
For the "Stay 3, Save 20%" offer, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. In case of cancellation or no-show the full booking amount will be charged to your credit card.
For the Early Booker offer the total amount of your stay will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed. In case of cancellation or no-show, this sum is non-refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Food & Beverages : In Philios Restaurant you can expect cocktails and dishes from the Mediterranean kitchen. The restaurant features separate sections for meetings and events of all kinds.
During the summer months, our cosily furnished courtyard garden invites you to take a little time out.
Room Information : Our guest rooms are decorated in a Mediterranean style. Public TV channels, pay TV and cost-free reception of Premiere (sports/film channel) are available.

- Take bus number 128 to Kurt-Schumacher-Platz
- Change to bus number M21 or 122 and continue for 2 stops until you reach Humboldtstraße/Auguste-Viktoria-Allee
From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) for one stop until you reach Friedrichstraße
- Take the underground line U6 towards Alt-Tegel until you reach Kurt-Schumacher-Platz
- From here, take bus number M21 or 122 and continue for 2 stops until you reach Humboldtstraße/Auguste-Viktoria-Allee
By car:
- Coming via the A111 motorway from the city centre, take the exit "Kurt-Schumacher-Damm"
- Cross Schumacher-Platz and you will find our hotel to the left of the next set of traffic lights

- Coming from the Berliner Ring A10, take the exit "Seidelstraße" towards Wedding
- At Kurt-Schumacher-Platz turn left into Ollenhauerstraße
- You will find our hotel to the left of the next set of traffic lights
