Short description : A place to stay in a modern apartment-house situated in the heart of the city. Rest assured of full comfort in a pleasant and safe environment for your stay in Prague. We offer a choice of 2-bed or 4-bed apartments, all fully equipped with all facilities, making them also an ideal base for longer lets.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Baby cots are not available.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre only and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Secured parking is possible on streets nearby and reservation is needed costs EUR 18.50 per day .

Travel Information : By Bus (from the Airport):
- Take bus number 119 towards the Metro station Dejvicka. - - From here, take the metro in the direction of Skalka.
- Get off at Muzeum station, line A (green) or line C (red).
- With your back to the National Museum walk down and turn right.
- There is a KFC restaurant on the corner, walk up until you reach our guesthouse. It is a 3 minute walk, and approximately 150metres.
By Metro (from main train station Hlavni Nadrazi):
- Follow signs to the Metro.
- Travel on Line C (red) in the direction of Haje and get off at Muzeum.
- Then continue as in the above directions, or walk through Opletalova Street across Wenceslas Square into Krakovska Street until you reach the guesthouse. It is a 10 minute walk.

Hotel Information : We are a new guesthouse renovated in 2005. Having 16 fully equipped apartments with kitchens and are all ensuite. We are located in the very center of Praha, just a few steps away from Wenceslas Square (Pragues main center square), 150m to be exact.
Our place is suitable for people that are looking for a cheap, comfy, clean, secure, spacious and homely place that is walking distance from all beautiful sightseeing locations of Prague. No need for any extra transportation costs once you arrive !
