Short description : A family-run hotel located in the centre of Prague, walking distance from the Wenceslas Square and good public transport stations.
Experience the capital of the Czech Republic from this well located accommodation in District 2 of Prague, west of the Vltava river. It is situated steps from I.P.Pavlova Square, where you will find metro and tram stops. Alternatively you can walk into the city to reach shops, attractions and many bars and restaurants.
Located on a busy street, this central accommodation ensures you feel the city's charm throughout your stay. Ensure you include a visit across the river to see the impressive buildings which comprise Prague Castle.
Important Information : Internet facilities:
Our rooms have Internet connection sockets which can be freely used by our guests who have brought their laptop computers. If you think this feature could be useful for you, bring your laptop with an enthernet card (RJ-45) with you. You do not need to have the cable, we can lend you one. Rooms which do not have the LAN sockets can be connected to the Internet by a modem (in-house dialup connection). Use of the internet is completely free and without any limit. Those guests, who still wish to use the Internet but do not have a suitable computer, can borrow a laptop from us. We charge additional costs for one Laptop for the rental. We will require either the credit card number or a passport as deposit.
Parking information:
Garage: Guests can park their cars in our nearby garage (about 200 m and across the street) or in a guarded rental: if available. Our staff can even drive the guest’s car to the parking (not guaranteed, only if possible). Guests are asked to leave the car keys at the reception. The garage can store up to 5 cars of small or medium size (up to the size of the cars like VW Passat, BMW 5, Mercedes E Class, Peugeot 406, Renault Espace etc. The width is the limiting factor). All other (bigger) cars can be parked 300 CZK nearby per day. Car parking in a garage across the street is available at CZK 300 per day for cars, and CZK 100 per day for motorbikes.
If is requested please note it when booking accommodation. Especially during high season the garage tends to be fully booked.
Food & Beverages : Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7.30 and 11.00.
Restaurant Legenda is located in the Legerova 39 building, just next to the reception. The opening hours are 10.30 to 23.00, sometimes even later. The restaurant runs independently from our hotel.
Hotel Information : A small, pleasant garden with a fountain hides in the hotel's courtyard, open during the summer months. Buy a bottle of wine and sit back and relax on a warm night.
The dining room can be used as a conference space, seating up to 30 people in a classroom setup.
Child Policy :
Travel Information : By Car (from the West):
- Follow the signs for Centrum. You will be led through the western parts of the city, always driving on wider highway-like roads.
- Finally when you get to the river and across it you get to another bigger street named Resslova, which goes up to the Karlovo Namesti.
- Follow the road straight up. The street is also named Jecna.
- Jecna finishes at the I.P.Pavlova square. Here you take a right turn and at the very next crossing turn left and left again.
- You will find the Pension Brezina just behind the last turn on your left side.
We do not recommend leaving your car on the street.
By Train:
- The main railway stations, Hlavni Nadrazi and Holesovice Station are both on the red metro line, line C.
- Take this metro line and alight at the I.P.Pavlova station.
- From the station, take the left hand stairs and go out onto Legerova Street. - The Brezina Pension is on your right hand side if you walk against the traffic.
By Bus:
- Buy a CZK 20 ticket and take bus number 119 to the Dejvicka stop.
- Here, change to the metro and go to the Museum station.
- Change lines here to the red C line.
- Take one stop to the I.P.Pavlova statio.
- Alight here and take the left hand stairs onto Legerova Street.
Region Information : You will find many attractive sights throughout Prague, some of which you may stumble across by simply walking through the city on your own personal tour.
Prague Castle (7km) - The largest medieval castle complex in Europe, this attraction comprises many sights including the impressive Saint Vitus Cathedral.
Old Town Square (2.5km) - Stroll through this popular area of Prague and the many streets which surround it. See the Astronomical Clock, plus shops and many places to eat and drink.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
