Short description : Lugaris Sea The Home Concept is situated less than 200 metres from Bogatell Beach in the Sant Marti district of Barcelona. The apartments have well-equipped kitchens and free Wi-Fi.
The Lugaris Sea Apartments feature contemporary design and have a fridge, microwave and oven. Each apartment also has a seating area, flat-screen TV and washing machine.
Facilities at the Lugaris Sea include a tour desk and shuttle service. Bed linen and towels are provided and guests can make use of car and bike rental.
The apartments are around 600 metres from Poblenou Metro Station and a few minutes’ walk from Poblenou Park. Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas can be reached in around 20 minutes, by Metro and Sants Train Station is a 35-minute journey away.
Important Information : Please note that the swimming pool costs EUR 5 per person per day.
Check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 30.
Check-ins between 01:00 and 08:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 80.
Guests should inform the property in advance of their expected time of arrival. Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time, or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 01:00.
Check-in will be done at the offices located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14.
Check-out: the maximum time for check-out is 11:00. On leaving the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our office located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14.
The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the deposit will not be
returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.00.
