Short description : The Art Hostel, located in the centre of Sofia, offers an insight in to Bulgaria's culture and experiences, as well as providing comfortable accommodation.
The hostel houses a collection of art work created by young Bulgarian artists in a lively and interactive atmosphere. Here you will find places to interact with other guests as well as enjoy music by the resident DJ's. The chill-out room, social bar and garden provides spaces to relax and socialize.
The hostel offers different types of accommodation. It has a mixed dormitory, or for those seeking more privacy there are separate rooms and apartments.
For food and drink the hostel provides a free breakfast and there are a number of restaurants close by.

Food & Beverages : The hostel serves a free breakfast that is available until late. The breakfast includes Bulgarian yoghurt, feta cheese, eggs, fruits/vegetables, muesli, honey, jams as well as tea and coffee.
There is a Bulgarian restaurant adjoining the hostel. It provides an English menu and is open 24 hours. There is also a fully equipped guest-kitchen in the hostel.

Region Information : Sofia is the capital city of Bulgaria. The city is located in the southern part of the Sofia valley and at the foot of the mountains Vitosha and Lyulin. Founded seven thousand years ago, Sofia is the second oldest city in Europe.
There are a number of monuments that have been preserved, such as the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Public Theatre Ivan Vazov, the Palace of Justice and the churches St.George and St.Sofia. In Sofia there is the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Public Library, as well as theatres and museums.
The city has several beautiful parks and has views of the Vitosha mountains.
Room Information : The hostel offers different rooms types. For guests who choose to stay in the mixed dormitory bunk beds are provided. They are equipped with curtains to allow for extra privacy.
Private rooms and apartments for up to 3 people are also available.
Hotel Information : The hostel includes a number of communal areas, including the tea room, garden and chill-out area that you free to use these rooms throughout the day.
The hostel also provides hot showers, lockers and baggage storage.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
