Short description : Haus Ashling is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe mountain, only a short walk from the centre of Zell am See. It offers free Wi-Fi access and free parking.
Run by an Irish couple, this small bed and breakfast offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
The gondola lift is only 150 metres away. In the morning you can ski there and, after a day on the slopes, ski back to the doorstep.
A hiking trail starts rights next to Haus Ashling.
Important Information : Please note that there is a 3-minute walk up a steep driveway from the road to Haus Ashling.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 10 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 11 to 12 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
